  • Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product, within 5 days of the date it was delivered, please retain the product in it’s original packaging, labels and stickers attached, do not wear the product at all.
  • We reserve the right to impose penalties if the goods are not returned with all original packaging or if the goods have been used while in your possession.
  • If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit
  • Any product not in it’s original condition,  that is damaged for reasons not due to Nika Couture are not refundable.
  • Items that are delivered more than 7days after delivery isn’t refundable.
  • Original courier costs will not be refunded as this was a service rendered by a third-party service provider.
  • Any courier cost for the exchange/refund would be for your own account.
  • We only accept courier deliveries straight to our door and do not collect parcels from other points.
  • Please be sure to check our size chart carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that another size be available for exchange as our stock is limited and some items are once-off.
  • Due to hygienic restrictions, we can’t offer a refund on items that had their hygienic stickers removed.  Please leave it in intact until you are 100% sure about your purchase.
  • If you are uncertain about the size/fit, please contact us on annika@nikacouture.co.za and we would gladly assist.
  • Unauthorised returns may not be refunded.
  • If a package is refused by the client upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24hours after payment has reflected. An admin fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund, which will be made within 7 working days.
  • Orders can’t be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived on time, we will not be held responsible and a refund/exchange will not be given.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

  • We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item, all our items are quality checked before leaving our premises.
  • We will gladly exchange/refund any product that is defective,  we will however not exchange/refund a product that is damaged due to negligence.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized items
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items
  • Accessories
  • If the item wasn’t delivered on time
  • If you have changed your mind
  • Items damaged in your possession
  • Items that have been washed or worn

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  • Please contact us to initiate a return after reviewing our list of non refundable items.
  • The following information should be present in your email:
    • Order number
    • Date of delivery
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photo of product, especially if the product is damaged or defective
    • Your physical address
  • Once you have received return authorization  please return the item to the address provided.
  • Once a return is received and inspected we will issue a refund for the product returned.

IN-STORE RETURNS:

  • Qualifying items may be returned in store, whether they were purchased online or in-store.
  • Please be prepared to bring proof of purchase or provide information for us to find your order.
  • The same policies apply for in-store purchases as online purchases.

COURIER SERVICE AND TIME ALLOCATION:

Nika Couture makes use of different couriers whom delivers to your door, nationwide. Our courier costs will differ for each region. Please allow for 3-5 working days for delivery since your payment has reflected. Nika Couture can include delivery insurance for your parcel, please be sure to tick the box when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party delays or issues of any kind related to couriers services.

CUSTOM MADE ORDER POLICY:

  • Custom made products has an estimated time of arrival. This timeframes is an estimate and subject to change.
  • A minimum of 14 working days is required for custom made products, this may vary on the amount of orders placed.
  • Work on your order will only start once the payment has reflected.
  • You can’t cancel a custom-made order once your payment has reflected.
  • Custom made orders are non-refundable.
